Cable companies join political leaders for new DTV PSA

Cable providers Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications are working with more than 20 Washington legislators to produce a public service announcement about the transition to all-digital TV signals Feb. 17. The politicians serve in the Asian Pacific, Black and Hispanic caucuses, which represent minority groups that are believed to have a higher number of over-the-air-only TV households.
