Coach has big expansion plans for China

Luxury handbag maker and retailer Coach plans to open about 30 stores per year for the next few years in China, where sales are on track to hit $300 million this year and $500 million in 2014, said president of international operations Victor Luis. The company plans to open most of the new stores in smaller but fast-growing urban areas.
