Celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse and Marcus Samuelsson have turned their attention to hamburgers, bringing their distinctive recipes, and often celebrity-level prices, to the humble classic. "I didn't know it would become a huge home run," said Hubert Keller, of his Las Vegas Burger Bar, which sells $60 burgers made with foie gras and black truffles.
