Tablets emerging as a popular platform for video viewing

Tablet owners are watching more videos for longer periods of time on their mobile devices, according to an Ooyala report that found tablet viewing is up 90% since the first quarter. Well over two-thirds of tablet owners watch videos that are 10 minutes or longer, while nearly a third spent an hour or more on the same video, Ooyala found.
