Unprepared interviewers who respond to e-mails and phone calls during an interview and hiring managers who fail to return messages from finalists are among the recruiting problems that job candidates are reporting, Jim Pawlak writes. More managers need to be trained in conducting interviews or else companies "will lose the best candidates," he writes.
