Corporate hotel guests have slightly different priorities than leisure travelers, and hoteliers should make sure their amenities meet these priorities perfectly to ensure repeat business, writes Caroline Cooper, founder of Zeal Coaching. Corporate travelers want everything to be hassle-free from booking to check-out, Cooper writes. Rooms, in particular, usually serve as extensions of the travelers' offices, and thus should be uncluttered, have adequate lighting and plenty of sockets for their devices.
