The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday has appointed attorneys H. Bartow Farr III and Robert Long to argue positions that no other parties are advocating in the health care law case. The two attorneys were assigned by the court to argue for the applicability of the Anti-Injunction Act and the viability of the rest of the Affordable Care Act minus the individual mandate. The high court is set to hear the arguments in March.
