More retailers are carrying organic, heirloom and free-range turkeys for Thanksgiving, as consumers show willingness to pay more for birds they consider more flavorful and sustainable. The Hills Market in Columbus, Ohio, is selling organic and local heritage Bourbon Red turkeys for $6.79 per pound.
