Restaurant expands "Slow Food" concept to include drinks

Camino, a culinary offshoot of the famed Chez Panisse, brings the "Slow Food" mantra to the bar as well as the kitchen. Cocktails are described simply by their ingredients rather than given names, and they're made with spirits that can be traced to their source.
