Doctors like mobile technology for CME, medical apps

More than half of doctors, dentists and other health care providers or administrators use a smartphone for work, and 38% of those with smartphones use health-care-related apps daily, according to a survey by CompTIA. Sixty-one percent said continuing medical education is the top benefit from mobile technology; 37% cited patient consultations.
