Bad habits undermine good skin-care routines

Even the best skin-care routines can be undermined by bad habits, dermatologist Deborah Wattenberg says. The five worst habits for skin include smoking; consuming alcohol, caffeine and junk food; getting too little sleep; scrubbing or aggressively washing acne-prone skin; and not wearing sunscreen. "Sunscreen is the key to youthful skin," she said.
