Electronic missile could target "radio frequency spectrum"

The U.S. military has flown an electronic missile known as the Counter-Electronics High-Power Microwave Advanced Missile Project, or Champ. The military has not released a lot of details about the new weapon, but Boeing officials have confirmed the project. Keith Coleman, Boeing's program manager for Champ, said "the whole radio frequency spectrum is viable as a target" for the missile.
