Chocolate could help alleviate chronic-fatigue symptoms

Research indicates that polyphenols in chocolate can reduce the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. In a study, participants given chocolate with high polyphenol amounts showed fewer symptoms and better Chalder Fatigue Scale scores than those given low-polyphenol chocolate.
