Federated Networks debuts a security protocol

Cybersecurity firm Federated Networks has introduced a protocol designed to eliminate vulnerabilities of secure sockets layer technology and serve as a new layer of security to neutralize so-called "man in the middle" attacks such as phishing. Dubbed the Application Security Layer, the new protocol has received validation from the BT Ethical Hacking Center, and represents the core technology in Federated's FN-Connect Secure Architecture.
