Cincinnati's largest skyscraper gets financing

Developers nailed down financing for the Great American Tower, which will be Cincinnati's largest skyscraper when completed in 2010. The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority approved $300 million in bonds to finance the project of the Eagle Realty Group. The Great American Tower will stand 41 stories and feature 800,000 square feet of office and retail space.
