Social gaming engages mobile users in Philippines, Singapore

Separate surveys reveal the high popularity of social gaming in the Philippines and Singapore, with more than 9 in 10 Filipino respondents rating it their favorite social networking activity, and two-thirds of Singaporeans saying they play every day. "The survey shows that although online audiences are becoming more fragmented than ever, social gaming is growing and has become a form of mainstream entertainment," Spiral Media Managing Director Scott Wenkart said of the Singapore study.
