Nielsen releases latest DTV-readiness rates:

The most up-to-date data from Nielsen shows that the percentage of U.S. households completely unready for the transition to all-digital TV signals now is 7.4%, while the percentage of homes that are partially ready stands at 10.3%. The report says that Hispanic households are the least prepared, with 12.4% completely unready.
