Canada cuts $32 million in tariffs on manufacturers

Canada has eliminated 70 tariffs, a move expected to save manufacturers about $32 million a year and make it easier for them to compete both at home and abroad, Finance Minister Jim Flaherty said Sunday. "Some of these old-fashioned tariffs get in the way so we’re getting rid of them.”
