Fla. students compete for "top chef" honors

The Student Nutrition Services department in a Florida school district is hosting its second annual Cook It Up! Student Recipe Challenge, in which students submit healthy entrée recipes. The contest is intended to help promote healthy eating and offer menu options that are appealing to students. The student picked "top chef" will have his or her recipe featured on school lunch menus and win other prizes, including two tickets to see Justin Bieber perform.
