Anheuser-Busch plans big marketing buys for cable, Web

The Web and cable TV, but not broadcast, are expected to be the beneficiaries of a big boost in Anheuser-Busch's 2007 marketing budget, according to CFO Randy Baker. Without providing specific figures, he said the nation's top brewer would make a "significant shift" into cable, and double its digital buy.
