National Mediation Board sides with Delta, not union

The National Mediation Board sided with Delta Air Lines on Monday in a union dispute over elections. A union representing machinists and aerospace workers had filed a complaint saying that Delta interfered with a 2010 election by Delta TechOps employees. The federal government rejected the claim covering 700 employees.
