PlayStation 3 surpasses Wii in November Japanese sales

November market data show Sony's PlayStation 3 console outsold rival Nintendo's Wii in Japan, marking the first time Wii has been surpassed as market leader in the country. The figures have largely been attributed to Sony's decision to slash PlayStation 3 prices, as well as the introduction of a cheaper model.
