BASF projects sales increases of 6% annually until 2020

BASF told investors this week that it's aiming to increase sales from $85 billion in 2010 to $153 billion in 2020, a goal that would require the company to grow by 6% every year until the end of the decade. The percentage of BASF's revenue from emerging markets is expected to increase to 45% from 33%, the company said.
