Report suggests policy changes to improve digital learning

The Digital Learning Council issued a report today offering 10 policy suggestions that would help improve online learning and reform other aspects of education. Enhanced online and blended learning options, more student choice and flexibility on seat-time requirements for students are among the report's recommendations. Former West Virginia Gov. Bob Wise, a leader of the council, said the report offers a "road map" for governors and education policymakers for changes that can be implemented immediately.
