IAB: Q3 online ad revenue was up 22%

Online ad revenue reached $7.88 billion for the third quarter, rising 2.7% over the second quarter and 22% over the same quarter last year, per the IAB and PricewaterhouseCoopers. "Brand marketers recognize that their messages need to be where their consumers are spending time -- and that is increasingly in digital media," says IAB CEO Randall Rothenberg.
