OOH advertising hits $1.5B for Q3

Out-of-home advertising revenue grew 4.2% in the third quarter compared with the year-earlier quarter, hitting $1.5 billion, according to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. Local advertisers, schools, media and restaurants led the categories. The Traffic Audit Bureau adds that digital sign revenue is also growing.
