Victoria's Secret pursues loyalty with mobile campaign for app

Victoria's Secret is looking to develop repeat customers with a mobile ad campaign that, instead of driving sales directly, encourages users to download an application. The ad on Pandora links users to Apple's App Store for the download. Analysts, however, note risks in the strategy, as consumers may be reluctant to add many apps from individual retailers.
