School chef finds recipe for success

The chef in a Kentucky school district says his culinary philosophy includes making everything in-house and from scratch, as well as offering students a wide variety of foods. Chef Ryan Laudenschlager said school nutrition professionals work to make healthy food appealing to students, including through food demonstrations that help students experience new tastes.
