Unhealthy employees asked to pick up more of health care tab

Many employers offer incentives to encourage employees to adopt healthier lifestyles, but some could start penalizing unhealthy workers as health care costs continue to rise. More companies are raising insurance rates for overweight workers or those who smoke, for example, as "some employers are getting frustrated that workers aren't taking better of themselves," says Bruce Shanefield of Aon Hewitt.
