Bank, homeowners clash over control of HOA

Homeowners in the Prairie Ridge Townhomes Development in Geneva, Ill., and the Old Second National Bank, which owns 55 lots in the subdivision, headed to court over who controls the HOA and its bank account. The bank took over the board when the neighborhood foreclosed on its developer in February, but the homeowners believe it was taken over illegally and are unhappy with how it's been managed.
