Scotland teacher uses online game to inspire student writing

A high-school English teacher in Scotland writes that he has found success in engaging students in writing through digital literacy. Kenny Pieper says the online game Machinarium inspired his students to produce creative, quality writing. His previously disengaged students now want to create an advertising campaign about the game and have begun blogging.
