Judge agrees with UBS in dispute over arbitration

A district judge has determined that employees suing UBS for overtime pay should go to arbitration, as requested by the company. Plaintiffs in the case contend that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's rules prevent class-action claims from being arbitrated, but the judge found that "there is nothing within the FINRA rules which would preclude enforcement of the arbitration agreements between the parties."
