Concrete industry works on new technologies

Concrete manufacturers worldwide are at work to improve their products to meet sustainability goals in the industry. Many producers have replaced cement with ground granulated blast furnace slag or pulverized fly ash, which is more cost-effective and can reduce carbon dioxide emissions as well as provide better quality. In the Middle East, experts highlight the benefits of precast concrete, including the fact that it meets regulatory requirements in the area.
