ACA accepts Comcast-NBCU deal, still wants conditions:

The American Cable Association, which had opposed the Comcast-NBC Universal deal, believes it will be approved by regulators early next year. "We're not trying to delay the deal," ACA President Matt Polka said. "We're trying to ensure that conditions are imposed that address the concerns of smaller cable operators and our customers in smaller markets."
