Hospital program uses Skype to allow virtual visits in NICU

Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in California has rolled out a Web-based program that uses Skype to enable interaction between family members and newborn babies confined to the hospital's intensive care nursery. The program is designed to address the separation between mothers and their newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit.
