Tool helps small businesses in N.J. create wellness programs

A free, online Workforce Wellness and Engagement tool from the Employers Association of New Jersey helps small companies with legal and set-up issues involved in offering employee wellness programs. Association president John Sarno says small firms may believe that wellness programs are not worth the hassle but there are many things they can do to promote healthy behaviors.
