Bayer, Syngenta seek Canadian approval for biotech soybean

Bayer CropSciences and Syngenta Canada filed an application with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Health Canada seeking approval for SYHT0H2, their herbicide-resistant biotech soybean. The partners are asking approval to market the soybean for food, commercial planting and animal feed.
