Children's bed rails recalled over entrapment risk

About 900 of Dream on Me's Dream On Me Bed Rails were voluntarily recalled because a child could become stuck between the rail and the mattress, potentially leading to suffocation or strangulation, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said. No injuries have been reported.
