CIO survey: MU confidence drops by 50%

A recent CHIME survey found that the number of CIOs who believe their groups are set to receive meaningful use incentives early has declined by 50%. The survey also found that 82% of CIO respondents are still concerned about achieving meaningful use mandates, with more than 50% citing CPOE adoption among staff as their biggest challenge.
