N.J. law requires closer review of foster homes for adults

A law recently signed by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will require foster homes for adults with disabilities to undergo evaluations to determine whether providers can continue offering care to this population. The law also calls for case managers' supervisors to visit clients every two years.
