Weather.com beefs up ad offerings

The online arm of The Weather Channel has introduced new advertising features for its ad partners, including placing location-based ads and enabling marketers to highlight their stores on interactive weather maps. Weather.com's new maps also allow companies to place ads based on state, zip code or marketing areas.
