Re-engage consumers who abandon online shopping carts

A new marketing tool by eWayDirect allows e-retailers to automatically send follow-up e-mails to customers and subscribers who leave a site without making purchases. The "Web site reengagement" e-mails boast open rates of more than 50% and result in up to 10 times more sales than typical e-mail marketing messages, eWayDirect says.
