Buffalo TV outlet, even without retrans deal, would keep Fox lineup

WUTV, the Fox affiliate in Buffalo, N.Y., will continue to run "Glee," "House" and other national Fox shows, even if owner Sinclair Broadcast Group is unable to reach a carriage agreement with Time Warner Cable by Dec. 31. Time Warner has a separate arrangement with Fox Broadcasting to provide network programming for up to 12 months in markets where the Fox affiliate has gone dark. However, syndicated and local programming from WUTV would not be available to Time Warner subscribers, if the latter cannot come to terms with Sinclair.
