Nebraska state Sen. Jeremy Nordquist, a Democrat, said he may have enough votes to override a potential veto of a bill to expand the state's Medicaid program. In Oklahoma, a member of the state's Board of Health resigned in protest after Republican Gov. Mary Fallin said the state would not expand its Medicaid program.
