Study suggests obese women should eat 3 meals each day

A study to be published in the journal Obesity showed that obese women who ate three meals a day had lower fat levels in their blood than did women who ate the same calories spread over six small meals. University of Missouri researchers said eating fewer but bigger meals is better metabolically and could lower the risk of heart disease.
