Bill nixes bag re-screening on some international flights

The House on Wednesday passed the No-Hassle Flying Act, a bill which will let the Transportation Security Administration waive luggage re-screening rules when the bags come from international airports that adopt U.S.-equivalent baggage scanning protocol. The bill will move on to President Barack Obama for his signature.
