FruitFast designs ARS technology-treated bars

Eastport, Mich.-based FruitFast uses a technology it licensed from the Agricultural Research Service to create its MixedBerry with Dark Chocolate bar, a new addition to its line of all-natural fruit bars. The technology allows FruitFast to process freshly harvested fruits into fat-, cholesterol- and preservative-free nutritious bars.
