French testers find inconsistencies in olive oil labels, quality

A French product-testing magazine reports that olive oil labels don't always mirror the bottle's content. Que Choisir compared 30 extra virgin olive oils sold in the country. Testers graded highly the oils with the Appellation D’Origine Contrôlee or Appellation D’Origine Protégée labels, and they also reported that more expensive olive oils weren't necessarily the best.
