Harbor MedTech raises funds to commercialize wound-healing tissue

Harbor MedTech has raised $600,000 to commercialize NeuvoCell, a collagen cross-linking tissue for skin ulcers and burns developed by Edwards Lifesciences. The product will be less expensive and easier to store and use than competing products, Harbor founder Jerry Mezger said.
