Couple arrested in case of damaging cosmetic procedures

A Florida couple has been charged with practicing medicine without a license and possessing blank prescription forms in the case of a woman who authorities said was injected with a solution shipped illegally from Colombia. The procedure left the woman's buttocks deformed, and a second injection was given to fill the area, authorities said.
